[noblock] The name-similarity flag (Basil vs Basins) looks like a false positive: this package wraps the long-standing 2-D geodynamics finite-element code basil by Greg Houseman (https://github.com/greg-houseman/basil, Houseman & England thin viscous sheet modelling), so the name follows the upstream software it wraps. It is unrelated in domain and spelling-intent to Basins.jl. Could a maintainer please review and merge manually (or apply the name-similarity override)? Thank you!
