The site should become the entry point of JSO

• Improve the site
  • Structure (easier to find things, etc.)
  • Visual
  • Maintainability
• Choose technology
  • Franklin.jl is slow but it is very effective for tutorials
  • Hugo is a fast alternative. Jekyll used to be a good alternative.
• Unify and create more tutorials and how-to guides
  • Keep track of versions
  • Find a way to keep it light
    • Maybe a new organization and each tutorial is a repo, so it builds independently?
  • Find questions and answer them on the site
• Add developer and contributing guides
• Add ROADMAPs to the site
• Add student project opportunities
