Pull request overview
This PR removes the organization-level CITATION.cff file from the Organization repository. The CITATION.cff file previously contained citation metadata for the JuliaSmoothOptimizers ecosystem as a whole, including author information, DOI, and repository details.
Changes:
- Deletion of the root-level CITATION.cff file (45 lines removed)
