Bug description
Save passwords in ASF Config section of ASf-ui.
"IPCPassword": " ",in this case ui will say "Invalid password!"
e.g.
аааа"IPCPassword": "\u0430\u0430\u0430\u0430",in this case ui will show this
clicking on "Refresh status" button will do absolutely nothing
