Script Execution Order And Roadmap

Is there any way to optimize the logic architecture and remove the execution order?

Is there any roadmap for future development?

I don't have a roadmap other than the list of issues. I've considered trying to remove the script execution order and having a special script for managing the order of events, but that is a big undertaking requiring a lot of testing.
