These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KSP2 Redux ("Redux", "we", "us", or "our"), including optional online features such as Discord Rich Presence, bug reporting, and analytics.
By using Redux, you agree to these Terms.
KSP2 Redux is a community-created modification for Kerbal Space Program 2. Redux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intercept Games, Private Division, Take-Two, Fictions, Discord, GitHub, Reddit, or other third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
You may use Redux only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law and under the terms that govern Kerbal Space Program 2 and any third-party services you use with Redux.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Redux for lawful personal use.
This license does not give you ownership of Redux or any associated intellectual property except where expressly licensed under open-source or project-specific licensing terms.
Redux may include optional features such as:
- Discord Rich Presence
- bug report submission
- anonymous analytics
- integrations with issue trackers, forums, or other community services
Some of these features may require sending data to third-party services or Redux-operated infrastructure. By enabling or using those features, you agree to the associated data processing described in the Privacy Policy.
If you submit bug reports, logs, screenshots, save files, comments, or other materials to us, you represent that:
- you have the right to submit them
- they do not violate the law
- they do not infringe third-party rights
- they do not contain malicious code
You also acknowledge that bug reports and attachments may be reviewed by project maintainers and may be used to reproduce, investigate, document, and fix issues.
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information unless necessary for the report and you are authorized to share it.
You agree not to:
- use Redux in violation of applicable law
- use Redux to harm, disrupt, abuse, or attack third-party services or infrastructure
- submit malicious, fraudulent, abusive, or spam bug reports
- attempt to interfere with Redux-operated services
- use Redux in a way that violates Discord's terms or other third-party terms when connected to those services
Redux may interact with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, not ours.
Examples include:
- Discord
- GitHub
- GitLab
- forum platforms
- hosting or infrastructure providers
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.
We may update, modify, suspend, or remove Redux features at any time, including optional online features, without notice.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Redux after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or stop providing Redux-operated online features to any user at any time, especially in cases of abuse, security risk, legal risk, or operational necessity.
You may stop using Redux at any time by uninstalling it.
Redux is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.
We do not guarantee that Redux will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every version, system, mod setup, or third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of progress, loss of saves, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or other damages arising from or related to your use of Redux.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Redux maintainers, contributors, and operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of:
- your misuse of Redux
- your violation of these Terms
- your submitted content or bug report attachments
- your violation of third-party rights or applicable law
Your use of Redux is also governed by the Privacy Policy:
We encourage users to contact the Redux maintainers first to resolve any issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer or other mandatory laws.
