KV pod window textures are always bright white.

What did you do before the bug occurred?

Put a KV pod on a craft.
Load into flight scene.
Look at the windows.

I've isolated this issue to this mod. It occurs when only KSPCF and its dependencies are installed, and only stops when KSPCF alone is uninstalled.

What happened?

The lights on the KV pod shine a bright white instead of their usual dull blue color, and when the lights are turned on they do the same. The transition between the two states works correctly, however.

Confirmed this is caused by ModuleColorChangerOptimization

This looks to be a bit of an interesting conflict between multiple ModuleColorChangers trying to set the same _EmissiveColor Property.

So kv1Pod has two different ModuleColorChanger modules:

• One that controls the shield char, driven by ModuleAblator
• One that controls the cabin lights.

Both of these are trying to set _EmissiveColor on the shader part.mpb. Without ModuleColorChangerOptimization the cabin lights one is applied every frame and overwrites the one done by ModuleAblator. With it, ModuleAblator wins because it is writing every frame whereas the cabin lights are only being applied periodically.

I'm not entirely clear what the right solution is in this case, because the whole pod is kinda bugged here either way.
