Hi @ykitanob We appreciate this PR. SLURM integration would be helpful. Unfortunately, we are close to releasing an updated backend for OpenCRAVAT based on flask for request handling, and celery for job management. This code would have to be ported over to the new backend to remain useable. We'd be happy to work with you on enabling SLURM support on the new backend though. The code is in |

This PR adds Slurm integration to OpenCRAVAT, enabling annotation jobs to be submitted to cluster environments via sbatch. When users click the "ANNOTATE" button, jobs are automatically submitted to the Slurm queue.
