adbserver-deskop can't create socket

Describe the bug
Since a few weeks adb server is not working anymore in my app. When trying to call "device.network.disable()" it throws an exception:

"There was a problem inside some socket creation process or during a socket connection. The most possible reason is using old version of adbserver-desktop.jar."

I have tried several emulators and hardware devices (also different api levels). Also I have tried several Macbooks. I am using the latest adbserver-desktop from master.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Call some adb method during the test.

The adb command is executed.
