Media files do not load successfully

While you can upload user thumbnails, and you can find them in the kegbot-data directory, they are not rendered on the Kegbot system, the thumbnails show as broken via HTTP.

Everything works fine in "debug" but when you put docker into production the images fail to load. Leaving in debug for now.
