I might be missing or forgetting something, but updating the theme reverts every file to the new version, i.e. reverting metadata.desktop back to default, meaning any customisations are disabled (and the file only preserved if you added your own custom .conf file).
Would it be possible to have an override in /etc/sddm.conf.d/? Or just generally a way to persist these changes over updates to the theme.
