Support basisu ASTC 6x6 feature in ktx2.

Basis Universal support ASTC 6x6 HDR and intermediate ASTC 6x6 now in its new release v1.60.0(SEE: https://github.com/BinomialLLC/basis_universal/wiki/Release-Notes). Is there a plan to support this feature in ktx file decode?

Yes there is a plan. I am unable provide any date at this time. Step 1 is to complete the PR adding these formats to the KTX specification. Until then no ".ktx2" file produced by the BasisU tools can be considered final. Step 2 is to complete a project plan for the KTX-Software update and put it out to tender (bid).
