Feature Request: Support Code Reviews on Self-Hosted Git Instances (e.g. Gitea)

It would be highly valuable for Kilo Code to support code reviews on self-hosted Git platforms such as Gitea.

Many organizations use self-hosted Git infrastructure for security, compliance, or internal policy reasons. Currently, this limits their ability to use Kilo Code in their existing pull request workflows.

Adding support for self-hosted Git instances would allow teams to:

• Connect to their own Git server (e.g. Gitea)
• Authenticate using access tokens
• Review pull requests directly within their existing workflow
• Post review comments back to the self-hosted instance

This would make Kilo Code accessible to a broader range of teams, including those operating in private or enterprise environments.
