More troubleshooting I've done:

1. Delete the .kilo folder and uninstall-reinstall kilo code extension.
2. Deepseek V4 Flash works fine for 1.5 prompts. First one does full work and completion. Second one goes about 5 reasoning/execution steps before becoming corrupted again. Then stays like this forever until step 1 is repeated.
