Summary
Remove legacy VS Code and JetBrains product documentation from the active site now that it has a dedicated frozen archive in Kilo-Org/kilocode-legacy#169.
The cleanup strips legacy tab bodies while preserving current VS Code, CLI, and replacement JetBrains guidance; removes confirmed legacy-only routes from navigation and discovery; and redirects only deleted or explicitly legacy aliases to their matching archive pages. Shared aliases continue to resolve to current documentation.
This PR must remain blocked until Kilo-Org/kilocode-legacy#169 is merged and its GitHub file URLs are verified on
main, because these permanent redirects intentionally depend on that archive.
