State file export

Hi @jourdain, have you tested state file export recently? I was using an installation at NERSC and saw the following

1. The state file was downloaded to my laptop instead of saved somewhere at NERSC.
2. The downloaded state file had just a "null" in it.

Could you take a look? Thanks!

I haven't tried lately. The file was supposed to be "downloaded" but definitely not be "null". ;-)

Because when you import a state, it is an upload as well. Meaning that you will use your local file to restore your session on NERSC. Assuming its content is not "null".
