semantic-release 20.1.0 lacks proper OIDC support. Upgrade to 24.x to enable trusted publishing with GitHub OIDC tokens.
Use the specific version 25.0.2 for the latest fixes and improvements.
Allow automatic patch and minor updates within the 25.x series.
