- possibility for user to pair 2 columns in selector widget so they can mix/match their value and description
- updated sorting for selector widget, now external sorting is possible and widgets are sorted per column

- updated 9.0-9.1 migration to support the new structure
- prood of concept where user can pair 2 columns in a dataset and use one as a value source other as a description
- finalized the implementation described in the previous commit - selector columns can now use a different column to display as labels for its own values - this only works in 1:1 relationship columns
- disable option buttons for description columns - improve chip look and feel
