Enrichment option for papers, people and deposits

As part of a project, we need to support a new option for somef:

• --enrich or -e:
• if we detect paper DOIs, we need to link them to OPENAIRE / OpenAlex identifiers.
• if we know the service is deposited in Zenodo, we should search the Swhid
• if we detect contributor names, we should look for the orcids (maybe through the paper calls)
• If we detect funding, we should look into OpenAIRE.

This may make the application slower, so it's only on demand
