[TS0601 (BOT-R15W) / _TZE284_agcxaw3f] Cooling Mode not detected #32425

Description

@petoniano

What happened?

I have a BEOK BOT-R15W thermostat for underfloor heating. Zigbee2MQTT recognizes it perfectly and even displays the correct device image. However, some versions of this thermostat (not all of them) have a Cooling mode that reverses the logic of the dry-contact relay when the temperature drops.

This can be configured directly on the thermostat through its settings by selecting either Heating or Cooling mode. However, the Zigbee2MQTT integration only exposes system_mode with the values Off and Heat.

Would it be possible to implement support for the Cool mode as well, so that system_mode supports Off, Heat, and Cool?

What did you expect to happen?

Have three modes: Off, Heating, Cooling
