Bug: Bot doesn't react to some commands in specific text channels

Describe the bug

Bot doesn't react to most of commands and messages (such as "My resolve is tested") in some specific channels. No user-observable correlaction between text channels is found (channel can be NSFW or not, different names, no description). Strangely, commands !reveal !spin and !stress are still working.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Discord text channel with the bug
2. Type 'my resolve is tested'
3. No message is returned

Expected behavior

All text commands should work in a given chat.

• 20.04.2 LTS
• PHP version 7.4 with all the modules included in dockerfile
• AncestorBotPHP 1.0.0
• Bot is running from Docker
• Additional setup: disabled memory limit in PHP
