Example camera pose .txt file for 3D Camera workflow

I'm trying to figure out how to animate a camera in 3D and then put that data in a text file to be imported by the Load CameraCtrl Poses Node. But I can't understand what the camera pose file would even need to be written like to be ingested as I can't find an example.
