[Bug]: libSkiaSharp Error when installing Toolkit.Extended.Ultimate

Describe the bug
When installing ( or upgrading to ) Krypton.Toolkit.Suite.Extended.Ultimate / Krypton.Toolkit.Suite.Extended.Ultimate.Lite version 95.25.5.145, the following error is thrown

" Failed to add reference to 'libSkiaSharp'.
Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component. "

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a new 4.8 VB solution / Update an existing 4.8 VB solution
2. Install Krypton.Toolkit.Suite.Extended.Ultimate 95.25.5.145
3. See error

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: [Windows 11]
• Version: [26100.4946]
• Framework/.NET Version: [4.8]
• Toolkit Version: [95.25.5.145]

Additional context
This has previously been reported, adding new issue to bring back on radar

Issue only occurs with 4.8. 4.7.2 installs as expected

Need to update Toolkit to latest build to get access to latest fixes.
Cannot have a mix of current Toolkit & Navigator & old Ultimate

If you feel daring, please try the new Krypton.Toolkit.Suite.Extended.Ultimate.Nightly, a 'lite' version is available.
