Drag debug-toolbar anywhere

Hi, currently we can only move the debug between two rows in VSCode which is inconvenient , is it possible to make it draggable across anywhere in VSCode instead of just between 2 rows.

Have you tried my code?
Simply modifying the code about the position should be able to move to a fixed position you want.

Hi, Thanks for the response, but I don't want to set it to a fixed position , but I want to move the debugger toolbar wherever I want inside VSCode instead of just moving between just 2 rows in VSCode which is its default functionality
