[BUG] Error Reading Language File - v2.9.7

• 2.9.7
• OS Version: Windows 10 22H2
• OS Language: en-GB

Expected Behavior:
No language error on startup

Actual Behavior:

• When starting the app (portable or full installer) an error is displayed: "Error reading language file"
• Clicking "OK" clears the message and the app works as expected.

It will be fine after you switch the language once, for example, switch from English to Spanish and then back to English, close the software and open it again, there will be no error.
