Can we have a toggle between psuedo and normal mods?

Sometimes a piece of equipment is more worth when it has 2-3 types of resistances.
But everything currently is mashed up together as one sum with psuedo.

Can we have the option to switch inbetween?

The difference between a psuedo elemental resist and 3 resists can make a difference of 10's of divs.
Please make this change as an option for us to choose between!

Probably not going to add an option to disable pseudo. Any difference in price due to using explicits instead of pseudo is usually due to over filtering, rather than the explicits themselves adding value to an item.

For me to consider this more, please provide an example(with trade search) of where the explicits res themselves add value.

here is a little example, i'm not talking about open suffix armor pieces neccessarily.

and here is the same amount of total resistances in 3 mods instead

the profit you can make from 3 resistances in comparison to two or one even with a high roll compared to mid rolls is vastly different.
how it was previously before this psuedo stuff, it was much nicer to price items.
i can understand the psuedo resistances on some accessoiries but i am probably not the only one that goes to manually check items with resistances.
people are legit losing on profit that are new this way.
2 high resistances with a dead mod is usually less valuable than 3 resistances that aren't high %.

sure here is a similar search, you can do this with almost any armor piece and get better results.
unless you are only looking at the top end with 35-45 resistances on all 3 exclusively then it's a grayer zone.
but low-mid resistances / 2-3 resistances it becomes a wildly different value.

new players use this tool to price their items with, learn value with.
only to find out they lost out on so many divines cuz of this psuedo filter.

For me this is a case of overfiltering. All of the items shown for items with explicit res instead of pseudo, actually have significantly more resistance than the 25 all ele res.

This is potentially that just no items are currently listed with exactly 25 each res, so here are some searches where I try to account for that a little bit

here is lowering the ele res requirements for each element by a bit(-5) for the body armour:

this is not mentioning that locking each res to at least 25 filters out very similar items that have just slightly different values, which a buyer may not really care about. A brief example would be this type of filter would hide a 24 fire, 24 cold, 27 lightning item, which for all intents and purposes should have the exact same value. This could be remediated via adding a count filter to require 1 of each type res + the 75 total.

here is removing the requirements from the ele res, and just requiring one of each + 75 total for boots (weren't really any listed at all so just lowering the req for each ele by like 5 didn't do much at all)

This starts to get into debating, on what if some item exists with 75 total + another valuable mod (a previous case in a comment above i mentioned), should we be filtering that out? Realistically no, because if a buyer saw that item with the res + valuable mod for a lower price, they may choose to buy it to get that extra mod and fix res on another piece of gear (or harvest swap it with runes as intended :))))) lol)

I think I'm going to keep it as is. tbh i think it would be very tough to find an argument explicit res values is better than pseudo for the purpose of pricing items. imo, there is a reason reddit and forums were nearly rioting asking for pseudo filters on the trade site
