LACMTA to publish GTFS for other agencies

• Trillium has been maintaining and hosting GTFS data for some local operators and they want to transition it to LACMTA.
• Doug's team has been creating and maintaining some GTFS through Customer Care.

Long term considerations:

• What will this look like down the road?
• Who maintains it, will it be tied to RIITS?
• What are everyones' roles?
• What does liability look like?
