White text on white background in LCA results and graph mode

Describe the bug
I updated Activity Browser on June 18th, then, the text in the LCA results and graph mode of the activity details is displayed in white on a white background, making it less readable.

To Reproduce

1. Open Activity Browser (beta version).
2. Navigate to the LCA results section.
3. Switch to graph mode in the activity details.
4. Observe that the text is not visible due to the white-on-white color scheme.

Expected behavior
Text should be clearly visible with sufficient contrast against the background.

@LouisFreboeuf thanks for reporting this. It should be fixed now! Bonus feature: we added a way to select the palette for the plots in settings > appearance as well.

This works perfectly for the reference product and elementary flows contributions! Thank you.

However, I still experience the issue when I use the Sankey sub-panel of the LCA Result window, as well as for the Graph sub-panel of the Activity Details window (see screenshots below).

strange... I cannot reproduce this at the moment, here is what it looks like for me:

Ah okay, thank you for testing. I rechecked this morning, and I still experience the issue. This is probably the fault of my device.

Hi @LouisFreboeuf this is strange. On Windows it remains white in dark mode.

Do you use Mac or Linux? Possibly it then does not work properly for those platforms.
