design_system: add 02-jobs.png + 03-jd.png to handoff screens

The handoff/screens/ folder previously only had 01-resume.png.
Copying the existing product captures from docs/images/ to fill in
the next two:

- docs/images/landing_jobsearch.png → handoff/screens/02-jobs.png
- docs/images/landing_jd.png       → handoff/screens/03-jd.png

Same files, two locations: docs/images/ uses them in the README's
visual tour, handoff/screens/ uses them as design-system reference
alongside the per-screen specs (02-jobs.md, 03-jd.md).

Still pending: 04-analysis.png — capture once the analysis runner
is in a clean ran-to-completion state.
