Write Level 2 (Application) questions for top anchors

Goal

Write multiple-choice Application questions for ~10 important anchors. Each question has a realistic scenario and is run twice: once with the anchor term, once with a calibrated paraphrase.

Approach

• Fully hand-crafted — cannot be auto-generated
• Each question needs a concrete scenario (code review, architecture decision, documentation task, etc.)
• Paraphrase must be fair: describe the goal without hinting at the method
• 4 options, 1 correct answer, 3 plausible distractors

Output

• Application section filled in the YAML specs for these 10 anchors
• Each with anchor_prompt and paraphrase_prompt

Estimated effort

~10 questions, each requiring a realistic scenario. ~3-4 hours.
