MADR 3.x was "Markdown Any Decision Records" (https://ozimmer.ch/practices/2021/04/23/AnyDecisionRecords.html).

We renamed back to "Markdown Architectural Decision Records" for MADR 4.x (https://github.com/adr/madr/blob/develop/CHANGELOG.md#changed-1)

Ported this update to this repo.
