• Add "Copy" button next to "Download" on the contracts page
• Redesign action bar: selected count badge, then Download and Copy buttons, then select/deselect links
• Both buttons share buildContractsMarkdown() — same output format
• Copy shows "Copied!" / "Kopiert!" feedback for 2 seconds
• Both buttons disabled when no contracts selected
• Bilingual (EN + DE)
