Summary

Three new anchors from community proposals — all well-established methodologies with stable LLM activation:

• Hoshin Kanri ([Anchor Proposal]: Hoshin Kanri #468, @jaoltr) — Lean strategy-deployment discipline; X-Matrix, catchball, Bowling Chart, True North → annual hoshin cascade
• Double Diamond ([Anchor Proposal]: Double Diamond #467, @jaoltr) — UK Design Council's Discover/Define/Develop/Deliver model; "design the right thing, then design the thing right"
• Decisional Balance Sheet (Decisional Balance Sheet #448, @Mabla70) — Janis & Mann's four-cell decision matrix; extends Franklin's "moral algebra"; used in Motivational Interviewing
