Bug Summary

This might be a duplicate, but I checked and couldn't find a relevant issue.

VSTs play random notes after an arbitrary amount of time while playing a MIDI clip in the Piano Roll. Currently, as I write this, I'm noticing the issue with the DecentSampler plugin. Not sure if it occurs anywhere else, but I remember there was this plugin where it happened too.

Expected Behaviour

Notes in MIDI clip play as expected without other random notes getting in the way.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Load a VST
2. Add notes to the clip
3. Let it play in the Piano Roll for some amount of time, random notes may start playing at varying lengths
