Error 1053: LMS Service Does Not Start on Boot and Requires Multiple Attempts to Start #1596

When I reboot the laptop, the LMS service should autostart (delay) but does not. I must manually open services.msc and after 3 to 5 attempts, it will finally start. It generates error 1053 that the service does not respond in a timely manner.

I have attached the screenshot of the error. This happens on every restart of the machine or when there is an upgrade to the software that requires the service to restart.
