Update outputs at SLAC

While using the example files hosted at SLAC, the new version of reader rises an error ValueError: unknown record: PSF_SIGM

Either we update these files or we make the reader back-compatible.

I think we should update the files since the new columns are presumably useful. I don't think I have write access so we probably need to ping @richardxdubois about this.

I have the new outputs at NERSC.

@richardxdubois @drphilmarshall Could you replace the files at ftp://ftp.slac.stanford.edu/groups/desc/WL/ with the new ones if I send you the path of these new files at NERSC?
