index functions by datatype (dt,dt,dt). This could be recursively hierarchical or hashed. Either works.

Created a benchmark profile for find-callable. 7 seconds for 3000 name resolutions, which is very bad.

2.3ms for a core logical primitive that is probably the most central function in the compiler.

No network calls. No disk access. Just purely computational bottleneck.
