Gradual patch lib2 without gc dfisiisi

Describe your changes

Features:

• compiler is passing initial compilation step with lib2
• this does not mean that lib2 migration is completely done yet
• the lib2 compiler has a bug somehow, so some library feature is broken semantically?
• however, it does mean that we have enough memory to compiler with lib2
• and that is all we need to start the gradual garbage collection integration
• no complicated backporting features from lib2 to lib1
• we can just keep moving forward
