Features:

• noticed some regressions in GC-related code starting with lm-type tests
  • this has something to do with the list to vector change, but not sure how
• added a profile-promises.sh script that runs through a set of promises to count total allocations
• this script helps identify "leaks" or "fork bombs" easily
