Check door for final CS with/with out default addons loaded. Frozen in place have to force log out.

Experiencing the same issue with the Rock Slab target/npc in Talacca Cove for the final part of the Corsair job unlock quest. With or without plugins/addons loaded, game freezes (send/receive still fluctuate, everything else is frozen). Windows 11 25H2, Ryzen7, 16GB RAM

Fixed it:

In LandSandBoat, the ID 17010xxx is hard-coded to belong to Zone 57. Because 17010904 was missing from your npc_list, the server could not find the data for the "Rock Slab" you were clicking.

The Final Fix (Manual Entry using HEIDI)
Since SQL queries are giving you trouble with column names, follow these exact steps in the Data tab of your npc_list table:

Duplicate the Template: Find 17010889 (the other Rock Slab). Right-click it and select Insert duplicate row.

Set the Correct ID: Double-click the npcId cell in the new row and change it to 17010904.

Update the Name: Ensure the name is Rock_Slab and the polutils_name is Rock Slab.

Set Corsair Quest Coordinates: Double-click the position cells and enter these exact values:

pos_x: -100.000

pos_y: -9.399

pos_z: -87.000

Save/Commit: Click the Apply (Checkmark) icon in the HeidiSQL toolbar or click onto a different row.

Effectuating the Change
Once the row is saved in npc_list:

Restart xi_map.exe: This is non-negotiable. The map server loads the NPC list into RAM at startup. It will see 17010904, realize it belongs in Zone 57 (based on the ID prefix), and spawn it.

Test the Cutscene: Log in and click the slab at (E-9). The console should no longer spam Could not look up entity, and your Corsair quest cutscene should start.
