What does this pull request do?

Audits Khimaira in Caedarva Mire

• Adds 50 random spawn points in its updated spawn location.
• Updates TP moves / ranges / ready times with captures from retail.
• Updates delay to 210, observed 80 store TP.
• Adds various stats (attack, defense, weapon damge etc.) with captures from Jimmayus.
• Adds idle roar animation, observed every 2.5 -3.5 minutes based off capture.
