Tools and macro panels not showing

Platform used :
Raspberry pi 3, 4.19.66-v7+ #1253
Laser 4.0.996 hosted on local ip and port 8000
Node version : V10.19.0
Npm version : 6.13.4

Step to reproduce the issue

• Install lw.comm-server on raspberry pi 3
• Go to ip:8000 on an external computer on the same network as the pi.
• Try to open the Tools and macro panels under Settings. Nothing happen.

Step to resolve the issue temporarily

• Log on to the pi, open a web browser and go to localhost:8000 or ip:8000
• The tools and macro panels are accessible. But didn't manage to see if it is possible to load or save settings.

Also found that the camera panel wasn't working correctly (impossible to open a stream) and it's also impossible to apply the machine settings from a profile, when clicking on "ok" to allow overwritting, it just hangs.

Some updates. I tried on Microsoft Edge and the panels are showing ! So the problems seems to be only with google chrome for now !
