[Revision] Review placement of scope in the book/class structure?

Issue

2 CG TAs and the instructor recommended discussing the idea of variable scope and null/undefined types earlier in the course. Currently, we first discuss the topic in the functions chapter (10.6).

Comments:

1. "Feedback from the class. Teaching of variable scope would have been nice during the functions section."
2. "When I was prepping for tonight, my immediate thought was that I could have sworn both variable scope and null/undefined types were taught much earlier in the curriculum a year ago... did they get moved?"
3. "Absolutely! We tried to get a little bit into it during lecture on functions and loops, but not as much as we should have. Scope should discussed really early- like as soon as we're making code blocks early."
