Plain text bitname fails to encrypt and decrypt

I can use a bitname ID like 84c27364af2e272c7ed8c48ab893aed501397b536f84b1191c2eceb0b4cdfdb3 to encrypt and decrypt

But if I use the plain text bitname, it throws a parse error
