Torch Particles! Fun!!!

Implement Torch Particles that will always be around the main character torch. Make sure to get feedback from the artists so that we satisfy their aesthetics!

• Flame Sparks
• Fire Flies
• gameLoop
  • particles follow character
  • particles change color with torch light
  • particles grow with power of light torch
• load
