I'm not sure if this is a bug or a deliberate change compared to old versions, so depending on that this could either be a bug fix or a new setting for ensuring full parity with 1.7
I love the 'Apply the swing offset during item use' setting, but it has an annoying little issue - whenever using an item (holding down right click), if a person holds down left click, the attack animation plays on a loop, while I'm quite sure it should only play once, the moment left mouse button is pressed.
The current behavior is correct for whenever a player is doing all of the above AND looking at a block within their range - then the attack animation should indeed loop. But, when a player isn't looking at any block in their attack range, there should only be one attack.
I'm not sure if I explained it correctly, so here are two short videos showcasing the issue:
This is the mod's current behavior
This is the intended behavior
Let's assume in both clips I'm constantly holding down both mouse buttons. The attack animation should only be looped if the player is targeting a block, as seen in the clips
