It's quite outdated with the Hormones API. It was targeted at an old version off Hormones (still this major version). |

This pull request updates Hormones and NetChat to alpha 8. No alpha 9 has been added as this version is still in development and is subject to breaking changes not yet known.
Neither Hormones nor NetChat have been impacted by alpha 8 (alpha 6 and above for NetChat)
