Made the output .webp instead of .png. This is to hopefully improve compatibility with being uploaded to some platforms making the edge no longer invisible

Added 2 new image options, Discord avatar and image link

• Discord avatar needs the Discord ID of the target user, which can be obtained by copying a ping or by using the developer menu
• Image link requires a link that targets a valid image type, like png, directly such as https://example.com/image will not work but https://example.com/image.png will (assuming the image exists and doesn't need a token)
  Another new feature is that selecting relic 0 will now result in the relic piece that the text would be placed on being removed. This was requested by Hyredrum

Also, there is now a container, this is used to:

• Make API calls to Discord for Avatar Hash tokens.
  • This is done because Avatar Hash tokens can only be retrieved using a Bot which should have the token hidden
• Download linked images
  • This is done to avoid CORS limits
    As a result of those changes the terms of service have been updated. Please see https://lego-fan9.github.io/swgoh-portrait-maker/terms.html for more info

Also fixed a bug that would result in all browsers to be considered WebKit.

• This matters because WebKit requires a workaround to change scale

Next major release will probably introduce more gear levels, and all assets will be updated to versions that may be higher quality
