Add Vocabulary section

This is an EPIC:

• Create new menu.
• Vocabulary we will categorize (house, hospital, sports, news...) and find for icons.
• Maybe use JSON or TS? (Bundle size, I think won't be affected).
• Create the tests

If somebody wants to hop on this I can start creating stories
