2. Mobile-fork variant

The mobile fork (o1xhack/CodexBar-Mobile) targets iOS; its "Shared/" sync layer tracks the same upstream source models. Three areas where this macOS fork diverges meaningfully:

MiMo (most significant): Upstream PR steipete#651 is cookie-based. The macOS fork built an additional API-key path on top (61d3c18a–f859c92d): multi-region Token Plan probe, passive key sanity check instead of active API probing, and a display-name re-Sinicization (cee16e1f). The mobile fork almost certainly uses the cookie path only (matching iOS Safari/WKWebView). The macOS fork's approach is preferable here — API key auth is more stable than cookie extraction on desktop.

Chinese localization: Upstream's steipete#819 added 606 zh-Hans strings. This fork layered 217 more translations (1857484c, 49a6a8a0, plus earlier passes) that upstream hasn't accepted. The iOS fork's Localizable.xcstrings will track the baseline steipete#819 only. No action needed for the macOS fork — it's already ahead.

Kimi web + API dual strategy: The fork predates upstream's steipete#911 (Moonshot/Kimi API) and has a richer split-strategy path (b7b5e71d Restore split web and API provider strategies) reconciled after steipete#911 landed. The iOS fork likely uses cookie-only. No delta needed — the macOS implementation is already more capable.
